Hi Taymaro,
I do not dislike Demi, but what she said do not make sense at all. if you paid attention to
Vino after his performance, he asked “I thought the meaning of pop is popular?” and he is right. And then the voting results revealed that he is in the top 3 voter’s favourites, her negative statement definitely reduced her credibility as a mentor and judge. Besides how do you describe what a pop artist look like??
I seriously believe that the winner of this season’s XFactor will come from either LA’s
team and or Britney’s team, it is not rocket science to figure that one out.

Ed, I just watched all the performances on the website. I actually thought they were all slightly better than last week but I am hearing a lot of flat notes and screw ups that are not being pointed out. Carly, Vino and Tate were the clear stand outs though.

Yes, Demi is not doing so great but I can see a little of what she was talking about with Vino. The thing I have a problem with are the fact that he has the mannerisms of a hip hop artists but doesn’t sing like one. I think that is probably not a good combination to become a winner. His vocals are absolutely amazing.

Lastly I think I may have seen enough improvement to try and watch again next week. I am glad they brought Diamond back but her performance was lacking on such a big song and her wardrobe was terrible. I can’t help but like her personality though and she looks like a star as well. I like Diamond but her vocals have got to improve.

I also have a problem with the production. I think it’s way over done on most of the performances. I am glad Jason is gone. I would like to see Cece go next. Her singing was terrible tonight. They are using some reverb and smoothing on some of the performers and others are singing with straight unaided vocals. With the exception of Tate and Carly and maybe Vino, I think the vocals would all be pretty bad and flat all over the place.

hey Ed.. i agree with you on demi.. shes destroying her acts and being so annoying on the judges panel.. and her comments about vino was so Rude.. he was one of my favourite who was singing for his life. .
other fav. are carly who did great, lyric 145 and beatrice. i’m still hoping that the new group whatever harmonies will be around next week cause they are really good and got potential. and i also hope that paige and jennel get back to where we first met them and just sing without over production.

CeCe can’t dance and sing at the same time. Demi needs to take a tip from Britanny with Carly Rose. She has the vocals(remember Whitney’s song in Boot camp that she nailed (Page didn’t)? I think a song choice to get her confidence back could be “This is my temporary home”. Note the vocals don’t stretch her talent though. She should sing ballads not rock! (just like Vino shouldn’t-remember last week?

Fifth Harmony was the only vocals that stayed on tune and didn’t have stupid costumes and dancers surrounding them. Vocals are the key here

Carly Rose the best? hmmm… I notice you are into grading the NOT WHITE contestants with low grades wonder why? For me Cece or Jason will make their exit. And while I am that, the voters must understand that they mentors know who they want off the show first second etc so in that order they will mentor them to poor song choices and hence low votes off the show.

I forgot to mention that I over-estimated Demi’s capacity to mentor these young adults, I mean , what is she doing with these guys, I seems to me she is preparing these guys to loose early, or maybe she is preparing them for the wonderful world of Disney. Whatever she is thinking, it is not working and I know I am not alone on this thought.
She got Jennel convinced she will be the next “Joan Jett”
she even got her too look like her.
She convinced CeCe that bad is good and mean is good
and being awfull is just plain cool, yeah right. She maybe
the first one to buy a ticket home.
And what about Paige, for goodness sakes, did anybody told her that Lady Gaga and Katy Perry is still around??
Finally, yes it is final, Demi’s comments on Vino was very low, below the belt, ouch, unwarranted especially he killed that song, he maybe older but he still has a lot of appeal and watch out there are a lot of viewers like me

I am glad I decided to record this show or I would have not been
able to watch the full 2 hours. This show is going from bad to worst.
With the exception of Carly, Vino , Tate and Beatrice the rest of them performed badly, sang poorly. Tonight I felt I have wasted
my time watching this show. I decided I am going to wait until
the final 5 singers are left then hopefully they will realize this show
is still about singing and not a dancing competition.
Yeah , yeah I know it is about XFactor not just singing, but frankly
I have seen better production in high school………….LOL
For now , to all my friends, I will be watching “The Voice”
signing off……………………………………………………………………..
