X Factor 2012 Auditions

X Factor 2012 auditions continue as Simon Cowell looks for the next big star. There are three options for X Factor Hopefuls: online auditions, in-person auditions, and “MyStudio” recording booths. Below are details on how to apply using each of the three available methods.

Online auditions were initially going to end late last year but instead they’ve been reopened and you can continue to submit your X Factor audition online. More details here for the X Factor online auditions.

In-person auditions are available in just five cities this year so you may want to consider the other audition options. You must show up on one of the registration dates in your audition city in order to receive your wristband for the audition date.

X Factor 2012 Audition cities and dates:

Kansas City, MO at Kemper Arena:
Registration: March 12-13
Audition: March 14

Austin, TX at Frank Erwin Center:
Registration: March 20-21
Audition: March 22

San Francisco, CA at Cow Palace:
Registration: April 18-19
Audition: April 20

Greensboro, NC at Coliseum:
Registration: April 29-30
Audition: May 1

Providence, RI at Dunkin’ Donuts Center:
Registration: May 9
Audition: May 10

Your final option for X Factor auditions in 2012 is the “MyStudio” recording booths set up around the country. You can find the booths in these cities for these dates:

whoohoo!!! auditions here I go! I can’t wait, so exiting, and I’ve been practicing too, submitting my videos to make a star dot com, MakeAStar, it’s great, you can win some money in their weekly competition, and it’s by category too. Great practice for TV

I’m not auditioning this year, but I’m going to audition sometime next year. I am so excited though. My voice teacher even told me to go for it. I’m a little nervous though. :/

what was with the SABOTAGE of the group ‘ILLUSION CONFUSION”? lets see,they rocked their audition in miami(they were on just before melanie)they got TWO standing ovations paula said” i’d love to bathe in illusion confusion’ Simon said ‘you are the best group in the competition by far,and you in the middle(referring to the tall one)are a genius !!! the crew were taking bets they’d easily be in the finls,were used HEAVILY during promo commercials,they made it all the way to judges house yet something happened as even noticed by Yahoo music critic Lyndsey Parker who wrote in her article a few months back(judges house part 2) that she thought they got screwed as they were the ONLY ones out of the 32 acts that had their performance interupted,everyone else sung undisturbed yet they had a talking interview edited over theirs. these guys WERE Paula’s favorite. even her face of displeasure that aired during their performance was edited in from another group she had watched. Pharrell told them they were the best and the decision was “out of his hands” even the tall guy from the ‘stereo hoggz’ told them “you guys beat our ass”!!why won’t xfactor put up their original miami audition? did someone in production get insulted mistakenly by one of them, were they a threat to another contestant that were being pushed by production to win because they would have gotten a HUGE fan base? TMZ even contacted them wanting to do a peice as they also noticed the same thing. i think xfactor owes it to these guys to put up their miami audition and let the world see the best audition from xfactors fist USA show. post it on the xfactor site as a lost audition etc. or run it during this years show !! and Paula come on you know the reason why,come out and just let all xfactor followers and fans know why,fans deserve it !!!
