I like L.A. He knows what he is doing. Having
been in the music business as long as he has. he really seems true about the things he says.

LA Reid now has some experience and should be paid more to stay! The mistake is paying high right off the bat, just because the person has a #1 hit at the time.

I sooooo WISH L.A. Reid would stay! That’s what I sooo dislike about these shows….they start out with GREAT judges..then media adds “cat fights” and “anything that will get viewer attention” and there you go….it’s full of people that don’t know music and talent as well as the original judges, but they want the lime light! If it is true that you are leaving L.A. , your talent will truly be missed! Enjoyed you sooo much!!!!!

I liked him as a judge and he was good as a mentor for 2 seasons. I think I might miss not seeing him. But he does have a music business to run and should do what he has to do. He will most likely be signing some performers from this season of X Factor. I wish him all the best.

He may be good as a producer but sucks as a mentor. Glad he is leaving. Now if they can only get rid of Demi Lovato.
