Sorry, Lindsay, but FOX doesn’t want you either. The rumor mill was spinning the possibility of the troubled, former movie star joining Simon Cowell at the judges table for the fall premiere of X Factor, but FOX says that is not going to happen.

Ann-Marie Thomson [X Factor spokeswoman] said Saturday that producers have not talked to Lohan (LOH’-un) about joining the show, despite online speculation that the troubled actress was being courted as a judge.

With so many rumors going around about who might be judging the talent on X Factor it’s not really surprising that it eventually pulled in Lohan’s name. I do find it funny though that out of all the rumors FOX say it fit to squash this one. They don’t even want people to consider X Factor being tied to that name!
